পরে কাঁটা লতা দিয়ে একটা মুকুট তৈরী করে তা তাঁর মাথায় চেপে বসিয়ে দিল, আর তাঁর ডান হাতে একটা লাঠি দিল৷ পরে তাঁর সামনে হাঁটু গেড়ে তাঁকে ঠাট্টা করে বলল, ‘ইহুদীদের রাজা, দীর্ঘজীবি হোন্!’
