42. যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি দুর্ঘটনাক্রমে অপর কোনো এক ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা করে, তাহলে সে ঐ তিনটি শহরের য়ে কোনো একটিতে পালিয়ে য়েতে পারে এবং তাকে মৃত্যুদণ্ড দেওয়া হবে না| কিন্তু সে নিরাপদ হবে যদি সে অপর ব্যক্তিটিকে ঘৃণা না করে থাকে এবং যদি তার তাকে হত্যা করার অভিপ্রায় না থেকে থাকে|
