পিতর ও য়োহনের নির্ভীকতা দেখে ও তাঁরা য়ে লেখাপড়া না জানা সাধারণ মানুষ তা বুঝতে পেরে পর্ষদ আশ্চর্য হয়ে গেল৷ তখন তারা বুঝতে পারল য়ে পিতর ও য়োহন যীশুর সঙ্গে ছিলেন৷
