তখন সুরক্ষার শহর হিসাবে তোমরা অবশ্যই কিছু শহর বেছে নেবে| যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি ঘটনাচক্রে অন্য কাউকে হত্যা করে, তাহলে সে তার সুরক্ষার জন্য ঐ শহরগুলোর যে কোনো একটিতে পালিয়ে যেতে পারে|
