অতীতে আমি ইস্রায়েল ও যিহূদার ওপর নজর রেখেছিলাম কিন্তু সেটা ছিল তাদের ভেঙ্গে ফেলবার জন্য| আমি তাদের ধ্বংস করেছিলাম| আর এখন তাদের গড়ে তোলবার জন্য এবং তাদের শক্তিশালী করবার জন্য তাদের ওপর নজর রাখব|” এই হল প্রভুর বার্তা|
