যখন নিষ্ঠুর ও উদ্ধত লোকরা আর থাকবে না তখন এটা ঘটবে| যারা মন্দ কাজ করার জন্য সুযোগ খুঁজে বেড়ায সেই সব লোকদের পতনের পর এটা ঘটবে|
