বিধি-ব্যবস্থার কথা শোনার দ্বারা ঈশ্বরের সামনে ধার্মিক প্রতিপন্ন হওয়া যায় না বরং বিধি-ব্যবস্থা যা বলে তা সর্বদা পালন করলেই ঈশ্বরের সামনে ধার্মিক হওয়া যায়৷
