রাজা একথা শুনে খুবই দুঃখ পেলেন ও মুষড়ে পড়লেন| তিনি দানিয়েলকে রক্ষা করতে চেয়েছিলেন এবং সেই জন্য সূর্য়াস্ত পর্য়ন্ত তিনি দানিয়েলকে রক্ষা করার উপায় ভাবতে লাগলেন|
