তোমরা দুর্বলদের সবল কর নি, অসুস্থদের যত্ন নাও নি, আঘাত প্রাপ্তদের ক্ষতস্থান বেঁধে দাওনি| মেষদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ পথভ্রষ্ট হলে তোমরা তাদের ফিরিয়ে আনোনি| তোমরা হারিযে যাওয়া মেষদের খুঁজতে যাওনি| না, তোমরা নিষ্ঠুর ও কড়া মনোভাব দেখিয়েছ - সেই ভাবেই তোমরা মেষদের পরিচালনা করতে চেয়েছ!
