উপদেশক 4:12

য়ে একা তাকে সহজেই শএুরা হারিয়ে দেবে কিন্তু দুজন লোক এক সঙ্গে থাকলে তাদের হারানো সম্ভব নয়| তিন জন মানুষ একত্র হলে তাদের শক্তি আরো বেশী হবে| তারা হল এক সঙ্গে জড়ানো দড়ির তিনটি অংশের মতো| তাদের শক্তিকে ভাঙ্গা খুবই কঠিন|

A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

An enemy might be able to defeat one person, but two people can stand back-toback to defend each other. And three people are even stronger. They are like a rope that has three parts wrapped together—it is very hard to break.
