এরপর মর্দখয় চিঠিটি রাজা অহশ্বেরশের রাজত্বের 127 টি প্রদেশের সমস্ত ইহুদীদের পাঠিয়ে দেন| মর্দখয় লোকদের বলেন, ছুটির দিনটি শান্তি আনবে এবং লোকদের একে অপরকে বিশ্বাস করতে সাহায্য করবে|
