এরপর সেই নেতারা তাদের অঞ্চলের সুন্দরী কুমারীদের রাজধানী শূশনে নিয়ে আসবে| তারপর এদের সকলকে রাখা হোক রাজঅন্তঃপুরচারিণীদের সঙ্গে মহিলাদের দায়িত্বে য়ে আছে সেই রাজার নপুংসক হেগয়ের তত্ত্বাবধানে| তারপর তাদের রূপ পরিচর্য়া করা হবে|

Let the king appoint agents in each province to bring these beautiful young women into the royal harem at the fortress of Susa. Hegai, the king's eunuch in charge of the harem, will see that they are all given beauty treatments.

And let the king appoint officers throughout all the provinces of his kingdom to gather all the attractive young women to Susa the citadel, to the harem under the authority of Hegai, the king's eunuch who oversees the women, and let him provide whatever cosmetics they desire.

Let the king choose leaders in every province of his kingdom. Then let the leaders bring every beautiful young virgin to the capital city of Susa. These young women will be put with the group of the king's women. They will be under the care of Hegai, the king's eunuch, who is in charge of the women. Then give beauty treatments to all of them.
