আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে সংক্রামক ব্যাধি পাঠিয়েছি, মিশরে য়েরকম আমি করেছিলাম| আমি তরবারি দ্বারা তোমাদের যুবকদের হত্যা করেছি| আমি তোমাদের ঘোড়াগুলোকে নিয়ে নিয়েছি| আমি তোমাদের তাঁবুগুলোকে শব দেহের দুর্গন্ধে ভরে দিয়েছিলাম| কিন্তু তখনও পর্য়ন্ত তোমরা সাহায্যের জন্য আমার কাছে আসোনি” প্রভু ঐ কথাগুলো বলেছিলেন|

I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
