শমূয়েল বলল যে সে গিল্গলে শৌলের সঙ্গে দেখা করবে| শৌল তার জন্যে সাতদিন অপেক্ষা করে রইল| কিন্তু শমূয়েল তবুও গিল্গলে এল না| সৈন্যরা শৌলকে ছেড়ে চলে যেতে লাগল|
