আহাবের বাড়ির চৌকিদার, নগরপাল, শহরের নেতা ও আহাবের সন্তানদের পালকপিতারা য়েহূকে খবর পাঠাল: “আমরা আপনার আজ্ঞাধীন দাসানুদাস| আপনি যা বলবেন আমরা তাই করতে রাজী আছি| আমরা নিজেদের কোন রাজা নির্বাচন করছি না, এবার আপনি যা ভাল মনে করবেন তাই করুন|”
