40:3. এবং এখন তিনি য়ে ভাবে য়েটা হবে বলেছিলেন সেই ভাবে প্রতিটি জিনিষ করলেন| যিহূদার লোকরা ঈশ্বরের ইচ্ছার বিরুদ্ধে বহু পাপ কাজ সংগঠিত করেছিল বলেই এই বিপর্য়য ঘটেছিল| তারা প্রভুকে অমান্য করেছিল|

40:3. Now he has brought it about. The LORD has done just as he threatened to do. This disaster has happened because you people sinned against the LORD and did not obey him.
