2:14. ‘তবু তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে আমার কয়েকটি কথা বলার আছে৷ তোমাদের মধ্যে এমন কিছু লোককে তুমি সহ্য করেছ যাঁরা বিলিয়মের শিক্ষা অনুসারে চলে৷ ইস্রায়েলকে কি করে পাপে ফেলা যায় তা বিলিয়ম শিখিয়েছিল৷ সেই লোকরা প্রতিমার সামনে উত্‌সর্গ করা খাদ্য় খেয়ে ও ব্যভিচার করে পাপ করেছিল৷

2:14. But I have a few things against you: You have some people there who follow the teaching of Balaam, who instructed Balak to put a stumbling block before the people of Israel so they would eat food sacrificed to idols and commit sexual immorality.
