11:8. ঈশ্বরে বিশ্বাস ছিল বলেই ঈশ্বর যখন অব্রাহামকে আহ্বান করলেন, তিনি তাঁর বাধ্য হলেন, আর তাঁকে য়ে দেশ দেবেন বলে ঈশ্বর বলেছিলেন তা অধিকার করতে চললেন৷ তিনি কোথায় চলেছেন তা না জানলেও তিনি রওনা দিলেন৷
