4:14. তখন আমরা আর শিশুর মত থাকব না৷ জাহাজ য়েমন তরঙ্গের দাপটে এদিক ওদিক চালিত হয়, তেমনি আমরা কোন নতুন শিক্ষা দ্বারা আর স্থানচ্যুত হব না; ঠগবাজ লোকের নতুন শিক্ষা দ্বারা আমরা প্রভাবিত হব না৷ এরা তাদের পরিকল্পনা ও চালবাজি দ্বারা মানুষকে ঠকিয়ে ভুল পথে নিয়ে যায়৷

4:14. So we are no longer to be children, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching by the trickery of people who craftily carry out their deceitful schemes.

4:14. Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won't be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth.
