2:8. কারণ ঈশ্বরের অনুগ্রহের দ্বারা বিশ্বাসের মধ্য দিয়ে তোমরা উদ্ধার পেয়েছ৷ বিশ্বাস করাতেই তোমরা সেই অনুগ্রহ পেয়েছ৷ তোমরা নিজেরা নিজেদের উদ্ধার কর নি; কিন্তু তা ঈশ্বরের দানরূপে পেয়েছ৷
