2:4. ঈশ্বর তোমার প্রতি দয়া করেছেন ও সহিষ্ণু হয়েছেন৷ ঈশ্বর অপেক্ষা করছেন য়েন তোমার পরিবর্তন হয়; কিন্তু তুমি তাঁর দয়াকে তুচ্ছ জ্ঞান করছ৷ তুমি হয়তো বুঝতে পারছ না য়ে তোমাদের প্রতি ঈশ্বরের এত দয়ার উদ্দেশ্য হল যাতে তোমরা পাপ থেকে মন-ফিরাও৷
