2:14. অইহুদীরা কোন বিধি-ব্যবস্থা পায় নি, অথচ তারা যখন স্বভাবতঃ বিধি-ব্যবস্থা অনুযাযী কাজ করে তখন তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের বিধি-ব্যবস্থা৷ যদিও তাদের অধিকারে কোন বিধি-ব্যবস্থা নেই তবুও এটাই সত্য৷
