22:25. সৈনিকরা যখন পৌলকে চাবুক মারার জন্য বাঁধছে তখন য়ে সেনাপতি সেখানে দাঁড়িয়েছিল পৌল তাকে বললেন, ‘একজন রোমান নাগরিকের বিচার না করে তার কোন দোষ না পেলেও তাকে চাবুক মারা কি আইনসম্মত কাজ হবে?’

22:25. When they had stretched him out for the lash, Paul said to the centurion standing nearby, "Is it legal for you to lash a man who is a Roman citizen without a proper trial?"
