12:1. সেই সময় একদিন যীশু এক বিশ্রামবারে শস্য ক্ষেতের মধ্য দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন৷ শিষ্যদের খিদে পাওয়ায় তারা গমের শীষ ছিঁড়ে ছিঁড়ে খেতে লাগলেন৷
