40:28. তোমরা নিশ্চয়ই শুনেছো এবং জানো যে প্রভু ঈশ্বর অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী| তিনি যা জানেন মানুষ তা শিখতে পারে না| প্রভু কখনও ক্লান্ত হন না এবং তাঁর বিশ্রামের প্রয়োজন নেই| প্রভু পৃথিবীর সমস্ত প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চল সৃষ্টি করেছেন| তিনি চির কাল বেঁচে থাকবেন|

40:28. Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is an eternal God, the creator of the whole earth. He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to his wisdom.
