27:9. যাকোবের দোষকে কি ভাবে ক্ষমা করা হবে? তার পাপ দূরীভূত হওয়ার জন্য কি ঘটবে? এইগুলি ঘটবে: বেদীর পাথরগুলি চূর্ণ হয়ে ধূলোয পরিণত হবে| মূর্ত্তিগুলি ও বেদীগুলি ধ্বংস করা হবে|

27:9. So in this way Jacob's sin will be forgiven, and this is how they will show they are finished sinning: They will make all the stones of the altars like crushed limestone, and the Asherah poles and the incense altars will no longer stand.

27:9. The LORD did this to purge Israel's wickedness, to take away all her sin. As a result, all the pagan altars will be crushed to dust. No Asherah pole or pagan shrine will be left standing.
