13:1. সেদিন সবাই যাতে শুনতে পায়, সে ভাবে মোশির বিধি পুস্তকটি উচ্চস্বরে পাঠ করা হয়েছিল| প্রত্যেকে জানতে পারল য়ে, পুস্তকে অম্মোনীয় ও মোয়াবীয় ব্যক্তিদের ঈশ্বরের লোকদের মণ্ডলীতে য়োগ দেবার অনুমতি ছিল না|
