4:16. হে রাজাধিরাজ, আমরা আপনাকে সাবধান করে দিতে চাই, জেরুশালেমের চারপাশের দেওয়াল যদি আবার গাঁথা হয় তাহলে আপনি ফরাত্ নদীর পশ্চিমাঞ্চল থেকে আপনার কর্তৃত্ব হারাতে বসবেন|

4:16. We therefore are informing the king that if this city is rebuilt and its walls are completed, you will not retain control of this portion of Trans-Euphrates."

4:16. We declare to the king that if this city is rebuilt and its walls are completed, the province west of the Euphrates River will be lost to you."
