15:2. কিন্তু অব্রাম বললেন, “প্রভু ঈশ্বর, আমায় খুশী করার মত আপনি কিছুই দিতে পারবেন না| কেন? কারণ আমার কোনও পুত্র নেই| তাই আমার মৃত্যুর পরে আমার দম্মেশকীয দাস ইলীযেষর আমার সমস্ত সম্পত্তির উত্তরাধিকারী হবে|”

15:2. But Abram said, "O sovereign LORD, what will you give me since I continue to be childless, and my heir is Eliezer of Damascus?"

15:2. But Abram replied, "O Sovereign LORD, what good are all your blessings when I don't even have a son? Since you've given me no children, Eliezer of Damascus, a servant in my household, will inherit all my wealth.
